Way too much money a night and the room was under construction. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Arrived on a really hot night-the air in the room was not turned on temperature exceeded 90 degrees inside. It took about an hour to get it cooled off enough to sleep. Also arrived in town late, around midnight, the woman at the window was not friendly, even though we hadn't awakened her, because she had just had a previous arrival. ]
We went from San Diego Ca. To work and stayed at youre hotel on Vasilia Ca. On the week of jul.5 To jul8. They start the Continental breakfast at 7.30 am we ask the manager if we could get it at 6.00 in order to make it to work by 7am. The manager say no. You should talk to that manager to be more reasonable
The only thing I liked was the receptionist (Amber, maybe...) she was helpful and kind.
The hotel was a nightmare. Room was very old and very stinky. We did not have another posibility - so we had to stay there. It needs refurnishing and total exchange.Yvona
Very simple breakfast - coffee, juice and small cake(s). Fridge only on some rooms.
Hotel was horrible-unsafe and unsanitary. I will download photos of specific issues. This was probably the second worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at- a close second to worst! I would have gone to another facility, but arrived later in the evening and would have received zero refund for room cost. I would recommend that you remove this facility from your listings. Safety was a concern-no working night latch and door did not fit properly in the frame. Also, numerous stains on wall paper, bathroom door and ceiling, along with mold on shower curtain.
How can a hotel stop serving breakfast at 8.30 am on a weekend?
Hotel staff was very rude. Wanted to charge $5.00 for an extra towel and still wouldn't let me have one after I agreed to pay. Said I would have to wait until after 8:00 am - We were leaving at 7:30 am so we shared a very small towel.
The motel was easy to find with a GPS, they provided free parking next to the room and the reception girl called Amber was very amiable and helpful. WiFi worked well.
The room wasn't particularly nice and light but who cares if it's just for a night? My friends said the breakfast was horrible but again there is a general rule to never even think of having breakfast the motels offer.
Within walking distance of the Convention Center. The reason we were there.
The continental breakfast was always gone by the time we got there.
The bed was excellent. The room had stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky. Small roll, coffee and orange juice if you got there by 8:30am. Have to get up early to get those wonderful things. Mattress standing on end against stairway. I understand that this motel just reopened and they probably are just getting things arranged. We stayed 4 nights and my wife said that the bed wasn't made up at least one night. Bathroom has the low down commode and nothing to help you get up except the side of the tub, not good for older people with weak legs. But we booked for next year and hope to get the same room because would hate to have to walk up the stairs and half a block to a room at the end, if I should be so unlucky. Give the managers time to get things straightened out.
The bed was wonderful ..
The fact that we left the next day and did not stay for the second night.
the smell, the crumbling walls, the large black hair on my pillow, the non speaking receptionist, the gang members and down and outs that were also staying ther. I think you get the picture.
Size of room
The outside area's could use a good cleaning.
The hotel was located close to where we needed to conduct our business.
